Located in the rural outskirts of the small town of Hlathikhulu in the Shiselweni region, Mpatheni High School is an inter-gender community school established in the year 2001 and with a promising future for the rural people of Mpatheni. In the years, the school enjoyed the status of being a secondary school and having been amongst the best performing schools in the local JC examinations for the past 5 years. The recent upgrade into a high school has brought nothing but hope and aspirations amongst not only scholars but the entire community since now learners will not have to walk the long distances to neighboring schools like Ebenezar High school or Nhletjeni High School.
JC RESULTS
In previous years, Mpatheni High School has performed exceptionally good, with boys dominating the spotlight. Latest statistics show that the school obtained a pass rate of 92% in the year 2018.
